The election is about a month away and we still have a lot of work to do. The good news is that you may already be supporting GMO labeling, so good for you. While Proposition 37 GMO labeling campaign is California specific, the outcome will be felt across the Country. I had an opportunity to hear Jeffrey Smith, international bestselling author, GMO expert and founder of the Institute for Responsible Techonology, discuss the importance of the fight for GMO labeling in California. Mr Smith explained if Proposition 37 passed in California and food manufacturers were required to label their products, it is likely that these labeled products would show up in stores across the the Country. So now you are asking yourself how can I help? Well here are some ways.
